Growers are carefully selected to ensure that geographic, climatic, and seasonal weather influences result in the ongoing availability of fresh produce during the cold and rainy months of the year. Growers supplying the same product do so in overlapping windows, ensuring continued supply.
Our growers benefit from our equipment pooling system which provides them with reduced costs in packaging and paper and plastic waste, and improved logistics and handling efficiencies. Our growers are certified to the highest food safety and sustainable farming practices recognized locally and internationally.
